JAMES F. STONE |

Prior
to joining SeaView Capital, Mr. Stone worked in New York as a Principal of
Smith McDonnell Stone & Co., Inc., a leverage buyout group which
invested in four separate transactions with an aggregate market value of
$150 million. Before 1990, Mr. Stone applied his talents to numerous
companies that he owned and operated, including Robert Williams, Inc., a
plastic film converting operation, which doubled its sales before being
sold to Flexel; and the Musical Properties Division of CBS that included
the world‘s premiere piano maker, Steinway & Sons. From 1976 to
1980, Mr. Stone was a Senior Vice President of The Boston Company
responsible for the firm’s $5.4 billion dollar institutional asset
management business. He was a founding General Partner of Boston Hambro
Capital Corporation, a Limited Partnership SBIC.

Stone graduated from the University of Notre Dame and attended the New York
University Graduate School of Business. He is currently a Director of Fiber

JEFFREY O. PLANK |

Prior
to joining SeaView Capital, Mr. Plank was Chairman of Refinity Corporation
a metals recycling firm in Lynn, Mass that he owned and operated. From 1987
to 1997 Mr. Plank was President of Wesco Gases an Industrial Distributor
that he owned and operated. While at Wesco Mr. Plank through internal
growth and several acquisitions tripled sales before selling the company to
AGA Gases. Prior to 1987 Mr. Plank owned and operated a Medical products
company and worked as a CPA with Peat Marwick Mitchell in their Small
Business Practice.
Mr.
Plank graduated from Middlebury College and Northeastern University
Graduate program in Accounting. He attended the Tuck School of Business and
earned first year honors.

BENJAMIN W. McCLEARY |

Prior to joining
SeaView Capital, Mr. McCleary was a member of McFarland Dewey & Co,
LLC, a New York
based investment banking firm, from 1989 to 2005. Mr. McCleary started his career
at Chemical Bank, where he played a key role in numerous international
restructurings and bankruptcies. He joined Lehman Brothers in 1981 and held
a variety of positions including head of New Product Development, senior
member of the Financial Restructuring Group and head of Lehman’s
European Investment Banking based in London.
His areas of expertise include working on complex financial restructurings,
advising private companies on their strategic options and mergers and
acquisitions.
Mr.
McCleary graduated from Princeton University. He is a former director of
Investors Mortgage Group and Intermediate Capital Group Limited. Mr.
McCleary is currently a director of Detrex Corporation.

RONALD E. LONG

Prior to joining SeaView Capital, Mr. Long was Managing Director for MetLife from 2001 to 2008. He began his insurance and investment career with the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY), where he was General Manager from 1970 to 2000. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant. Mr. Long’s expertise is insurance, business and estate planning, charitable gifting, and employee benefits.
Mr. Long is a limited partner and a private investor in a number of venture capital funds, including Adams Capital, Draper Triangle, Riverfront Capital, Saturn Capital and Birchmere Ventures.
Mr. Long graduated from Brown University. He is a Past President and Board of Director of The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh, Past Trustee of Heritage Valley Health Systems, Past Trustee of Sewickley Academy, and Past Trustee of Laughlin Children’s Center. Mr. Long is currently a Trustee of The American College Endowment Foundation in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and on the Board of Advisors of Lealta Media in San Francisco, California.
